Hannah Goldberg is a professional contemporary dance artist originally from London, ON, who has been performing all over the world over the past two years. She traveled to Bologna, Italy in 2015 to participate in a one-year intensive dance training program through the Leggere Strutture Art Factory International. Through this program, she took part in daily classical and contemporary classes, and had the chance to work with many world renowned teachers and choreographers – including Brigel Gjoka (Forsythe Company), Erion Kruja (Hofesh Shechter), Eduaro Torroja (Ultima Vez), Blenard Azizaj (Akram Khan Company), and Mikel Aristegui (Sasha Waltz, DV8).
Following this program, Hannah worked with Compagnia Balafori (Milan, Italy), a dance-theatre company under the artistic direction of Alessandra Costa. With this company, she was involved in the creation and production phases of their newest work “Be Positive”, which was performed throughout Milan, Italy (2016).
Most recently, Hannah attended the Disha Dance International Dance Gathering (January, 2017) in Kochi, India – a two-week contemporary and Indian dance intensive led by artistic director Saju Hari and sisters Sade and Kristina Alleyne (Akram Khan Company)..
